據(jù)Stellantis(STLA)官網(wǎng)11月30日新聞稿，這家歐洲汽車生產(chǎn)商宣布和Banco Santander (Brasil) SA（桑坦德銀行(巴西)）已同意重組其在巴西的汽車金融合作伙伴關系。
與Banco Santander (Brasil) SA簽訂的合同包括：
1.Banque PSA Finance SA購買Banco PSA Finance Brasil SA 50%的股份，該合資企業(yè)由Banco Santander Brasil和Banque PSA Finance SA的子公司持有50/50；
2.Stellantis Services Ltd.購買PSA Corretora de Seguros e Services Ltd.50%的股份，這是一家由Banco Santander Brasil和Stellantis Services Ltd持有50/50股權的合資企業(yè)。
完成后，Banque PSA SA將成為Banco PSA Finance Brasil的唯一股東，而Stellantis Services Ltd.將成為PSA Corretora的唯一股東。
